Rick, That's because of your version, your version is not same as that server version, Get a new patch from anyone here, Then your version will be changed, then you will be able to see other server words and not Cstrike_Chat_All.

why when i host i cant kick those hv spacebar name, like "PRO CS cs1.6" what is the problem?
