Loco Roco 2

It's LocoRoco ... and more. The vastly-improved sequel adds a ton of new gameplay, providing the depth hardcore gamers were looking for. But, it's still as cute as ever.
Prinny Can I Be The Hero?

Nippon Ichi Software
This hard-as-nails platformer gives you 1000 lives to beat it. Too bad that will not be enough. For gamers that love to be abused by their games, Prinny is looking pretty sharp.
Resistance Retribution
February 24, 2009
Bend Studios | Sony Computer Entertainment
Developers of PSP Fanboy's Game of the Year 2007 return with yet another game that completely rethinks what's possible on the hardware. Bend has crafted a third person shooter based on the popular PS3 franchise, and does so with incredible success. The weapons and enemies translate very well on the PSP, and the visuals will have your jaw on the floor. Really? PSP can do this?
Hammerin' Hero
February 24, 2009
Irem | Atlus
You've been a guitar hero. Now, be a hammerin' hero. Irem brings very classic platforming action to the PSP, with a very distinctly Japanese twist. It's cute and a refreshing addition to the PSP library
Dynasty Warriors Strikeforce

Omega Force | Koei
You like beating people up don't you? How bout hundreds of people? Dynasty Warriors is back, but enhanced with new super moves. Like flying and "Awakening." Get ready to smash your X button in March.
Phantasy Star Portable

Alfa System | Sega
Phantasy Star Portable continues the world of Phantasy Star Universe in an all-new story. Four players will be able to play cooperatively, although Infrastructure support is not included. A steady stream of DLC was offered for free in Japan -- we see the same happening here in the States.
Final Fantasy Dissidia
Q2 2009
Square Enix
This Final Fantasy brawler brings in characters from an incredible legacy of games. Heroes and villains from the original FF all the way to FFXI can be found in this must-have PSP-exclusive blockbuster. Fanboys and girls will be talking about Dissidia all summer long.
Monster Hunter Freedom Unite
Q1 2009
Capcom
Okay, so Capcom decided they wanted to print just a little bit more money. After selling a billion copies in Japan, the next second Monster Hunter PSP game will be hitting the States. The multiplayer RPG got Japanese gamers in a frenzy. Will it be able to seduce American gamers as well?
Pixel Junk Monsters
2009
Q-Games | Sony Computer Entertainment
PixelJunk Monsters introduced the tower defense genre to the console masses. Now, it will do the job to PSP owners. Avid fans of the PS3 game will admit to the addictive nature of the game. It's very simple to understand, but so difficult to master. Now, we'll all be able to spend hours trying to get perfect rainbows .,. on the go.
Patapon 2
2009
Japan Studios | Sony Computer Entertainment
Patapon is back, and with more stuff than ever. Experience multiplayer as you try to get in the rhythm with a friend (or two, or three).
DiRT
2009
Codemasters
The original DiRT (pictured, left) only made it to the consoles. The sequel is different -- PSP will be getting its own unique version. Critics loved the first DiRT for its fun, realistic offroad driving. Hopefully, the PSP version will be able to offer the same.
Duke Nukem
Never
